    Please be advised that scheduled maintenance will take place tomorrow morning, Wednesday, October 9, between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM (Central Daylight Time). This will affect wireless customers in the Antigo area who connect to the NTC tower.

    Purpose:
    We will be replacing the radio located on the NTC tower to address performance issues experienced during extremely cold weather.

    Impact:

    • Service interruption is expected during the maintenance window.

    • The downtime should be brief: estimated 5 to 10 minutes, but may last up to 30 minutes if needed.

    Action Required:
    No action is required from end users. We recommend planning for a short interruption during the specified timeframe.
