    Additional Information:
    This maintenance is being performed to complete updates from our previous maintenance window. During that time, certain updates had to be reversed in order to restore service for customers. We have since identified and resolved the issue that caused those problems and do not anticipate any issues outside of this scheduled window.

    We are currently experiencing an outage affecting our cable internet service in the Tigerton and Pike Lake areas. This issue began earlier today, and our team is actively investigating the cause.

    Based on initial assessments, the outage may be related to the severe weather that moved through the area last night. Our technicians are en route and working diligently to identify the issue and restore service as quickly and safely as possible.

    At this time, we do not have a confirmed restoration timeline, but we will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.

    We understand how important reliable internet service is and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your patience while we work to resolve this issue.

    Power has been out for wireless in the Mattoon and Birnamwood Area since yesterday. With the number of power power outages in the area we are mainly waiting for these locations to be restored. We are trying to find ways to get these up as soon as possible.
