Our providers are preforming a routine software upgrade during the maintenance window outlined below:

• Date: Wednesday, August 14, 2025

• Time: 3:00 AM to 5:00 AM CT

• Expected Impact: While no extended downtime is expected, users may experience brief service interruptions lasting up to one minute during the upgrade process.

This maintenance is part of ongoing efforts to maintain optimal performance and reliability.

Our streaming provider will be performing a routine software upgrade on their equipment during the scheduled maintenance window below:

• Date: Tuesday, July 30

• Time: 3:00 AM to 5:00 AM CT

• Purpose: Routine software upgrade to enhance system performance and reliability

Impact to Services:

• DVR services may be briefly unavailable for approximately 1 to 15 minutes across all channels.

• Live play is expected to remain unaffected, with only minimal impact, if any.

We’ll be performing scheduled maintenance during the early morning hours of Tuesday, July 1 between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM CT. This upgrade is part of a major network enhancement that may result in intermittent service disruptions during the maintenance window.

While we anticipate minimal downtime, there is a possibility of an extended outage of 30 minutes or more as we complete the transition and run final testing.
