    Update

Verizon trunks are down due to the storm/tornado in Appleton/Menasha. The Verizon Central Office in Appleton is where all cellular and most landline circuits in Wisconsin are sent. This could affect several other cellular carriers as well.

We received an update from the carrier that the issue STILL is not resolved as of Wednesday evening. They have engineers involved and the damage is quite significant. The issue is related to call routing between telcom providers and we have no estimated time to repair and the resolution is outside of our control.

You should be able to call our Antigo Office number at (715)623-0558 if you are having any other issues.
