Pike Lake Mac Services will undergo scheduled maintenance starting Monday, April 21 at 11:59 PM and ending Tuesday, April 22 at 4:00 AM.

We aim to keep disruptions to a minimum, but users may experience up to 2 hours of downtime during this maintenance window.

Our WCTV streaming service providers will be performing routine maintenance on their cache systems on Wednesday, April 17th, from 4:00 AM to 5:00 AM CT.

No service impacts are expected, but there may be brief, intermittent interruptions to national and local channels during this time.

We are planning for a scheduled maintenance on our Eland remote tonight Monday April 7th, 2025 from 11:59PM CT to April 8th, 2025 6:00AM CT. This will effect some customer's service north of Eland on Hwy 45. The downtime for customers may be up to 4 hrs.

In order to enhance the viewing experience on our WCTV streaming app, our providers will be performing scheduled maintenance on March 26th between 1:00 AM CT and 3:00 AM CT. During this time, they will be implementing improvements identified after recent Roku updates, including updates to our national channels and additional performance enhancements.

While they work to incorporate these changes, there may be brief interruptions in content viewing lasting up to a couple of minutes. We appreciate your understanding as we continue to optimize our platform. Thank you for your patience!

There is planned maintenance on our WCTV service starting on Tuesday Feb 25th 2AM CT to Tuesday Feb 25th 5AM CT. This will result in 10 minutes of video loss per server.
